Administrative Services

Our office develops and implements district and campus improvement initiatives that support student excellence and achievement and trains and prepares our current and aspiring administrators. We believe great campuses result from the impact of great leadership. The Office of Administrative Services provides oversight and support for campus administrators by aligning their work with the Effective School Framework established by the Texas Education Agency and the district's Strategic Plan.
