Sharyland ISD has one of the most impressive athletic
programs in the Rio Grande Valley. The Sharyland Rattlers and the Sharyland
Pioneer Diamondbacks are a part of the UIL Region IV District 31-5A.
We have an excellent coaching staff at Sharyland High School,
Pioneer High School, B.L. Gray Jr. High and Sharyland North Jr. High. We get a
tremendous amount of support from the Sharyland ISD School Board,
Administration, Faculty, Student Body, Parents and both the Sharyland High
School Rattler Athletic Booster Club and the Pioneer High School Diamondback
Athletic Booster Club. This is greatly appreciated. When we all work together
it develops team unity and an overall successful athletic program. I look
forward to another great year of competition at all our athletic events at
SISD. Again, thank you for all of your support of SISD Athletics.
