We welcome to those wishing to do business with the Sharyland Independent School District (SISD or the "District").
With e-bidding, vendors will:

Register to receive notifications of upcoming bids in vendor's respective fields

Complete and submit bids online

Review awarded bid information online
NOTE: Establishing a user account for SISD’s electronic bidding portal does not authorize vendors from doing business with the District. Vendors must respond to a specific solicitation “bid” project that will go through a formal review process and approval by SISD Board of Education.
Vendor pays no fees for utilizing the online bidding system.
When entering the company Tax ID number, do not enter any dashes, only numeric. All information can be submitted electronically. It is not necessary to print any forms and fax to the purchasing department.
It will be the sole responsibility of each vendor to maintain and keep current their company's information on the District's e-bidding site. In the event of a contact person name change, address, phone, etc., it will be necessary for the vendor to edit their company information on the e-bidding site.
Passwords can be reset by using the "Forgot your Password" function. If the original user is no longer associated with your organization, then contact SISD's Purchasing department by calling 956-580-5200 Ext. 1019. It is understood that all bid notifications will be sent to the e-mail address on file and it is imperative that the vendor information be kept current. Otherwise, bid notifications will never be received by the vendor and the opportunity for bid submittal will be lost.
